The Ångkvarn brewery is Uppsala's first brewery pub, sprung from and a long rich history that goes back to Uppsala's industrialization. Our history involves both Upsala Bayerska Brewery, which was formed in 1865 and, above all, Upsala Ångqvarn which was formed in 1874. In addition to the mill movement, Ångqvarn also included spirits, a macaroni factory and a yeast factory.
